Alex!! Simply awesome. In a pinch, I called I Am Beauty for a nail service. I have issues with a couple toes on my left foot, so I wanted to prepare her before I arrived and sent a photo. She immediately responded, “No problem, we will make them beautiful.” I’ve been medicating my toes for months due to a nail fungus, but I still wanted them to look nice for my daughter’s event. Alex restored my toes with such care and professionalism that I was able to step out with my head held high. Thank you for your kindness, your understanding, and your exceptional service. 💗✨

Great experience! The worker was super kind and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Her work is beautiful, especially considering that many nail artists struggle with my small nails. She’s extremely professional and pays attention to every details I personally chose a simple color with no nail art but she had some really nice art designs displayed, so I would definitely recommend her as well if you’re looking for something more detailed or artistic. I would definitely recommend this place! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

One of the worst beauty experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and left with a noticeable chunk taken out of my right eyebrow. Wax was also left stuck in the longer hairs of my left eyebrow, and I developed irritation on one eyebrow afterwards. The hygiene standards were deeply concerning. The treatment area wasn’t cleaned until I specifically asked for it to be. No gloves were worn, no hand sanitising was carried out before touching my face, and the same waxing stick was repeatedly dipped into a communal wax pot after being used. That alone was enough to make me uncomfortable. The treatment felt careless from start to finish. Basic hygiene, attention to detail and technical skill were all lacking. Eyebrows take months to grow back, and what should have been a simple appointment has left me with uneven brows and a reaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice.
