Who controls your data
Information we collect
When you request an appointment we collect the name, phone number, optional email, preferred contact method, selected service category or service, preferred date and time, and any note you choose to send. We also retain the page and campaign attribution attached to the request when you have consented to measurement.
How we use the information
We use booking details to answer your request, agree an appointment, send confirmations, maintain the salon calendar and provide the requested service. Consented measurement data is used to understand which pages and contact options are useful and to measure advertising results. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tags
Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement load only after you give explicit consent. You can reject them and the website and booking form will continue to work. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change your choice at any time. Necessary cookies protect forms and remember essential choices.
Service providers
We use Google Calendar to manage confirmed appointments, Google Analytics and Google Ads for consented measurement, Telegram to alert the salon team about new requests, and Resend to deliver booking emails. These providers process only the information needed for their function and may process data outside Thailand under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention
Booking requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can manage service history and resolve follow-up questions. First-party analytics and attribution records are kept for up to 12 months. Technical logs are kept for up to 14 days unless they are needed to investigate security, fraud or a delivery failure. Google services apply their separately disclosed retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent for analytics and advertising, or object to a use that is not required to handle your booking. We may retain information where Thai law or a legitimate dispute requires it. We will verify requests before disclosing or deleting booking data.
Security and updates
The public booking form is protected by origin checks, rate limits and spam controls. Administrative access is restricted. We may update this policy when the website or its providers change; the current version is the version published on this page. Last updated 2 August 2026.
