The legal part, said plainly
Thai law reserves hair, beauty and nail work for Thai nationals. It is List 1 of the Ministry of Labour's 2020 notice on occupations prohibited to foreigners, and no work permit, visa or marriage changes it.
So for nails, lashes, brows, permanent make-up, waxing and facials we can only hire Thai nationals. If you hold another passport we cannot put you on the floor, and we will not waste your afternoon pretending otherwise.
What is open right now
If yours is not here, send the form anyway. We keep portfolios for six months and we look at them before we advertise anything.
Nail master
Thai nationals only — by law
Manicure, pedicure, gel and extensions — on paying clients from your first week. Tourists who want it done in one visit, and Thai and expat regulars who come back every three weeks.
The bar
You work with an e-file every day and you do not cut the eponychium. You build an apex that does not lift by week three. Prep is never the part you rush.
Experience
Two years on paying clients. One is fine if the work says so — we look at the photos before the number.
Apply for this role →Lash & brow master
Thai nationals only — by law
Classic, hybrid and volume sets, lamination, tinting, brow shaping. High season means sets back to back, so speed matters as much as retention.
The bar
Clean isolation — no stickies, no two naturals in one fan. Hand-made volume fans, not pre-made. You understand how adhesive behaves at Phuket humidity and you change how you work when the room changes.
Experience
Two years. Show us sets photographed at the two-week mark, not fresh — that is the only photo that tells us anything.
Apply for this role →Permanent make-up artist
Thai nationals only — by law
Ombré brows, hair stroke, lips. Your own closed room, and your own schedule inside our booking system. Corrections and touch-ups on your own work are part of the job.
The bar
Healed results in your portfolio, not fresh work. Six healed brow sets minimum. You can say which machine and which pigment line you use, and why. You know how ombré heals differently on Thai and on European skin — and you say no to a client when the answer is no.
Experience
Three years of permanent make-up specifically.
Apply for this role →Front desk
Open to anyone with the right to work in Thailand
You run the day: bookings, the phone, LINE, walk-ins, the price list, payments, and making sure a master's next client is ready when she finishes. You are the reason nobody on the floor answers a phone.
The bar
Thai, and enough English for a booking, a price question and a complaint. Russian is a real advantage — many of our clients speak it. Comfortable with a booking system on a screen, not a paper book.
Experience
One year on a front desk anywhere — salon, clinic, hotel, restaurant. It does not have to be beauty. This is not a sales job and there is no pressure to upsell.

What the law gives you here
None of this is a favour. It is what Thai labour law requires of any employer, and we would rather write it down than let you wonder.
- Social Security registered from your first month, on your real wage.
- Thirteen paid public holidays a year.
- Six days of paid annual leave after your first year.
- Up to thirty days of paid sick leave a year.
- Three days of paid personal leave a year.
- Overtime at the legal rate — one and a half times on a working day, twice on your day off.
- A written contract in Thai, and a payslip you can check.
Who you would be standing next to
Five people. You would know all of them by the end of your first week.

How we hire, start to finish
You send the form
Three minutes. The only thing you need to prepare is a link to your work.
We answer within three working days
Every application. If it is a no, you get a no. If we are not hiring your specialism right now, we say that too.
A short call, or a LINE voice note if that is easier
We ask one question about a real client situation. There is no right answer we are waiting to hear — we want to know how you think when something has gone wrong.
A paid trial day, with real clients
Paid whether we hire you or not. We watch four things: how you set up your station, how you handle sterilisation, how long the work takes, and how you talk to a client who changes her mind halfway through.
An offer, a written contract, and a start date you choose
Social Security registered in your first month.
On the trial day we score technique, hygiene, speed, how you are with a client and how you are with the team — same sheet for everyone. Hygiene is pass or fail. One shortcut on sterilisation is a no, however good the set looks.
This job is not for everyone
- You want to set your own prices and build your own brand. Renting a chair somewhere will suit you better, and there is nothing wrong with that.
- You are planning to work here six months and then take the clients to your own place. Tell us now and neither of us wastes a trial day.
- You cannot work weekends. Saturday and Sunday are the week.
- You want someone standing over you deciding how you hold your tweezers. We check the result, the timing and the hygiene. How you get there is yours.
- You need a work permit for a hands-on role. See the legal section above — the law does not allow it.
Apply
Seven fields, two minutes on a phone. No CV — we would rather see your work.
